One of the top executives at Cincinnati Center City Development Corp., better known as 3CDC, left the nonprofit community development group.
Stephanie Gaither, who served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at 3CDC, left the nonprofit on Sept. 11 to join Grandin Properties as chief operating officer. She officially starts with the real estate development company Oct. 1.
“After a decade with 3CDC, I wanted to get back to the private sector and full involvement in all aspects of a high quality entrepreneurial organization,” Gaither said in a news release. “It is a perfect alignment of what I wanted and what Grandin was seeking.”
