Developer renovating huge, historic OTR building into office space
Grandin Properties plans to renovate a massive, historic building in Over-the-Rhine into 88,000 square feet of office space.
The Over-the Rhine-based real estate development company just purchased the former Strietmann Biscuit Co. Building located at 221 W. 12th St., from CW Realty Investments LLC for $1.6 million. Peg Wyant, CEO of Grandin Properties, said the renovation of the building will be a roughly $12 million to $15 million project.
“This is our most ambitious project to date,” Wyant told me.
